Race to Alaska / No motor, no support, all the way to Alaska.
Race is ON!
This Corsair 970 is officially racing in the R2AK beginning this week, June 14, 2018. This race isn't for everyone. It’s like the Iditarod, on a boat, with a chance of drowning, being run down by a freighter, or eaten by a grizzly bear. There are squalls, killer whales, tidal currents that run upwards of 20 miles an hour, and some of the most beautiful scenery on earth.
Corsair’s latest delivery is 32 feet of go-fast upgrades has sailing speed freaks salivating worldwide. You could own this boat, or order your own with custom graphics and interior and performance options. It's your chance to eek out another knot or two with the 970-Sport’s massive 44-foot rig. Beyond the promise of fast, Corsair delivers on comfort too.

It literally just rolled off the assembly line, still has that new-tri smell, and their R2AK is going to be the shakedown cruise, third-party test drive, all rolled into one.
Below is their secret human-powered device, designed by Li Sung, Team Wright's crack marine engineer and manufactured by the Corsair factory in Vietnam.
